The Death in the Family mission, taking place in Dartmoor, England, consists of two parts: eliminating Alexa Carlisle and obtaining Arthur Edward's file. On this page, we will explain how to get important documents.

There are three ways to get the folder containing Arthur Edward's files:

After completing the case of Zachary Carlisle's death and informing Alexa of the results, you can convince Madame Carlisle to give you the Arthur Edward file.

Solving the safe puzzle

Alexa Carlisle's office (Alexa Carlisle's office; level 2) has a safe with the files you're looking for.

The safe is hidden behind the painting. To move the painting, press the button located on the chair. You need to enter the appropriate code to open the locker.

The key to solving the puzzle is the symbols above the safe, which is the order in which the code is entered. Each icon represents a place where the numbers that make up the code are hidden.

Getting two tokens

Obtaining two tokens with two people in the manor will give you access to the files of Arthur Edwards. All you have to do is get them, and the mission goal, which is to find the file folder, will be automatically completed.

You will learn about this option by eavesdropping on the guards' conversation - pay attention to the purple icon above their heads.

To get the tokens, you must disable two characters - the butler Fernsby and Rebecca Carlisle - and take them from them.

Furbsby mostly moves to the lowest level of the property. Shoot him down where no one can see you. A good opportunity to disable this character will appear when the butler goes up the stairs.

Rebecca Carlisle walks between the living room and the trophic room (level 0). A good place to knock down a woman is the connecting link between these rooms. However, there is a cleaner there who needs to be disposed of first (hide her body in the closet). You can lure them using the turntable, which, like the cabinet, is also located in the connector.
